Rui Ferreira - Day 1 chip leader

He led a field that was 158 strong when cards got in the air at noon local time, they're now into the third level of the day and much has changed. Andras Nemeth has forged his way to the top of the chip charts. The Hungarian player has more than quadrupled his start of day stack of 83,100 and leads with 360,000 (120 big blinds).

He's overtaken Connor Drinan, who had earlier ascended to the top of the chip counts after knocking out Moritz Dietrich in a big pot where Drinan flopped a set and Deitrich a open ended straight draw. Diettrich picked a bad spot to semi-bluff the turn as it had given Drinan a full house and an unassailable lead. He's sitting on a stack of 340,000 right now and looking set for another deep run in a high roller, having finished second in the €25,000 Special Added High Roller.

Drinan is running up another stack in a high roller

Other stacks of note due to size or reputation are:

Philipp Gruissem - 325,000
Craig McCorkell - 277,300
Steve O'Dwyer - 235,000
Ivan Luca - 230,000
Jonathan Duhamel - 180,000
Olivier Busquet - 158,000
Dani Stern - 150,000
Ludovic Geilich - 150,000
Griffin Benger - 120,000
Anton Wigg - 82,000
Liv Boeree- 57,000

Can O'Dwyer bag another EPT title?

The field has been shorn down to the final 100 and: Shannon Shorr, Martin Finger, Patrick Leonard, Vladimir Troyanovskiy, Joni Jouhkimainen, Sam Chartier, David Yan, Marvin Rettenmaier, Ihar Soika, Dzmitry Urbanovich, Pratyush Buddiga, Ike Haxton, Jack Salter, Stephen Chidwick, Benny Spindler, Sam Trickett, Tobias Reinkemeier and Dimitar Danchev are amongst those who've fallen on Day 2.
