Eureka3 Croatia: Full Tilt Poker's Eureka moment

For the last few weeks as well as being able to win your way to Eureka3 Croatia on PokerStars you could also try your luck on Full Tilt Poker.

And last night at a welcome party at the oldest nightclub in the world (the building it's housed in is some 600 years old) the tie between Full TIlt Poker and the Eureka Poker Tour became event stronger.

The Full Tilt Poker Ambassadors take to the stage

For, in the first in a number of similar announcements, Full Tilt Poker unveiled a team of Full Tilt Poker Tour Ambassadors for the Eureka Poker Tour. There will, in the coming months be similar ambassadors for the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour, the Brazilian Series of Poker and the UK & Ireland Poker Tour. There will be a team of Full Tilt Poker Ambassadors playing on each tour and interacting with Full Tilt Poker qualifiers on and off the felt.

Of the three ambassadors only one, Robert Cezarescu, is playing today (Hana Soljan and Andras Nemeth play tomorrow). The Romanian turned his sights on poker while working, studying and sports betting. The Bucharest-born, sports fan left his job and turned pro, and since then has had various big live results with several chunky cashes on the European Poker Tour. On top of this, Robert has also had plenty of online success such as first place in the Sunday 500 on PokerStars and making the final table of the Sunday Million.

As for today Cezarescu has had a good first half of the day as he's boosted his stack up to 25,600 from his start of day 20,000. So his bounty is still up for grabs, Full Tilt have put bounties on the each ambassador and are offering a cash bounty should anyone wearing a Full Tilt patch be first out on Day 1A, Day 1B or be the bubble boy.

Tournament Update: The players are currently on a 15 minute break as level four has just ended. Chip leader is still Georges Yazbeck, he's up to just under 75,000. Blinds are about to go 150-300 ante 25 so that's a lot of big blinds, 91 of 103 runners remain.
