Announcing Special PCA Women's Satellites

Our PokerStars Women community is special. We listen to your comments on Facebook and Twitter, and you aren't afraid to tell us how you feel. One of the things that many of you requested was a bigger prize package from PS Women Live for the upcoming 2014 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.

You got it!

Beginning on Thursday, October 3, PS Women Live will put the €1,100 EPT Women's Event prizes on hold throughout the rest of 2013. Instead, all of the PS Women Live winners will receive $3,300 prize packages to the 2014 PCA.

The details of the 2014 series in the Bahamas were just recently released. One of the biggest details of all is that the PCA Main Event will guarantee $10 million in the prize pool! And satellites are already running for as little as $1.10 or 10 Frequent Player Points on the Mega Path.

Of course, we want you to have the opportunity to play in the always-fun PCA Women's Event. It will be on the schedule for January 11 and 12, and the buy-in is $1,100. The rest of the prize package will pay for three nights in the Royal Tower at the Atlantis Resort for you and a guest, as well as expenses. Winning your PS Women Live package has other perks, too, such as a women's player bag of goodies and an invitation to the PokerStars PCA party on January 12.

Win your PCA trip, go to the Bahamas, win the Women's Event, and head to one of the most extravagant parties on the planet. That doesn't sound like a bad plan at all!

But wait! There is one more option. This year, players can take their $1,100 seat to the PCA Women's Event and use it in a $1,100 Main Event super satellite on January 6 or 7 in the Bahamas.

Ladies, you can start trying to win your prize package in Round 1 on Thursday, October 3, and every Thursday after for the rest of the year. And each Sunday, the weekly final will guarantee at least one PCA prize package.

Visit our PS Women Live page for all of the details, beginning October 3.

And if you need some extra incentive to get to the PCA, check out this video from Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst. She talks about what the PCA means to her and what she did about it last year.

Good luck to everyone who plays the PS Women Live satellites!
