PCA 2013: Welcome to Day 2 of the $25,000 High Roller
Day 2 of the monster High Roller field has just begun. Including the 42 re-entries that have been made we have racked up 198 $25,000 buy-ins to create a $4,851,000 prize pool. Vladimir Troyanovskiy - a Russian in case you couldn't guess - currently leads the field and is looking to build on his seventh place finish in the Super High Roller ($257,580). Dani Stern, ElkY, Shannon Shorr and Matt Waxman are among the short stacks looking to spin back into contention. Ahhh, ElkY bust on the first hand. We're having some issues with the seat draw at the moment but will get it to you as soon as we're able. As it happens, the seat draw was supplied six-handed to allow easy placement of players entering or re-entering play this morning (Phil Hellmuth, Bill Perkins, Vivek Rajkumar and Zach Clark) and tables summarily broke to eight-handed play. Nine tables now play.
