WSOP: Two for a bracelet, three on the HORSE

wsop2009_thn.gifWe're going to need a bigger boat, some reinforcements, or, at the very least, a track suit. Today is one of those days that's going to require some quick moving on the part of the PokerStars blog.

In one corner, we have Team PokerStars Holland Pro Josephus Van Den Bijgaart and Team PokerStars Argentina Pro Jose Barbero at the final table of the $1,500 Limit Hold'em Shootout.

In the other corner, Barry Greenstein, Bill Chen, and Alexander Kravchenko remain in the $50,000 HORSE event. Chen has more chips than any of the three, but Greenstein has a playable stack and is looking to be the only person to cash in every year of the HORSE World Championship. Kravchenko, for his part, is on a short stack and will need the early part of his day to be happy.

Below is a quick recap of how we got here today. While you watch, I'm going to strap on some comfortable shoes and get to running.
