Many a poet has sat at his table, pen in hand, heart wringing in his chest like a soaked piece of laundry. He's scribbled and scratched out stanza after stanza in a futile effort to describe the burning love in his heart. Tonight, we have a new spring of inspiration for that frustrated scribe.

Maybe, sir, you should look to the World Series of Poker.

It was there tonight where we saw true love take its most shiny form: World Series gold.

Team PokerStars Pros Liv Boeree and Igor Kurganov--two of poker's most famous lovers--teamed up for the WSOP $10,000 Tag Team event. At the start of the day, their team sat in third place and looked up at fellow Team Pro Daniel Negreanu's team in first.

But by the end of the night, love conquered all.

Boeree and Kurganov scooped up nearly $274,000 for their first place prize. What's more, they now share a WSOP gold bracelet. It marks the first bracelet for both Team Pros. They won't be keeping it all. In fact, they are giving half of it away!

Negreanu aimed to help both his bracelet count and $25,000 Fantasy Draft stats by stacking his team with people he'd drafted this year. While he started the day at the top of the leader board, he ultimately fell in third place.

Congrats to Liv and Igor for letting love rule. Who needs a wedding ring when you've got a gold bracelet?

Here's how the final table finished up tonight.
