The line-up for day two has been finalised in the PokerStars.net APPT Cebu Main Event after two day one flights under the big top here at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa.

The Marquee has been packed to capacity all day with side events, cash games and a day 1B field of 213 players, which took the Main Event total to 319 – a record for the Philippines and another feather in the cap for the APPT.

A total of 103 players survived day 1B, joining the 50 players who progressed from day 1A meaning 153 will be back for day two and a shot at one of the 40 spots in the money.

Although there were twice as many chips in play today, it wasn’t until late in the day that anyone approached the tally of day 1A chip leader Terry Fan (158,500) although he retains the man to chase ahead of fellow day 1A front runner Bold Uundai of Mongolia (144,000).

Brian Bumpas of the USA was the day 1B chip leader on 142,700, finishing ahead of fellow American and PokerStars Qualifier Jerry Delisle (132,800) and Cambodian-based German PokerStars Player Mike Gaertner (128,100).
