It’s the start of day 1b at the EPT Scandinavian Open at Casino Copenhagen, Denmark. It’s traditional at this point to run through a few details of the tournament, set the scene with a stroll around the city and spew purple prose onto the page to whet the appetite for the day’s action. But screw that: just take a look at the line-up for table one today:

Let’s just let that sink in for a while before we start running through some of the other competitors today, and maybe dusting down some of that purple prose.
