The bubble has burst in the €1,500 6-handed event, EPT champion David Vamplew was the unlucky bubble pushing with KJ into A8. Stephen Chidwick and Petr Jelinek are among those who have since busted inside the money. Other players still in include Jack Salter, Dermot Blain, Michele Dattani, Konstantin Puchkov, Chris Kiefert, Steven van Zadelhoff, Manig Loeser, Yury Gulyy and Oleksii Khoroshenin.

Lukas Schlumpf of Switzerland won the €100 Super Holdem event beating Muhamet Perati heads-up. In the final hand, the Swiss player held AK2 against Perati’s AK8. The board came 99632 and Schlumpf’s flopped flush secured him the title – and he only had the one rebuy.

In the €1k + €1k Bounty event, the field is pro-heavy once again including Team PokerStars Pros Liv Boeree and Jonathan Duhamel. Ole Schemion, Andrea Dato, Juha Helppi, Martin Finger and Joao Barbosa are also playing. There’s around 70 players out of the initial 243 left with 31 places being paid a minimum of €2,010 with €48,500 for the winner.

There’s 310 players in the €200 Malta Megastack including Fernando Brito while there’s still the €2,000 Midnight HyperTurbo to come later on. Meanwhile there’s still two tables left in the EPT Triple Stud Championships – that tournament could go on quite late.
