Gus Hansen is a name that most poker fans will know. He’s been playing at the highest stakes online and live for years, has taken part in lots of great prop bets, and currently sits 15th on the all-time money list with $11,240,677 in live tournament winnings. He’s also a fan of White Russian cocktails and against the offside rule in soccer (or at least he was when I interviewed him a few years back).
PokerStars.tv caught up with Hansen to find out more about the boy who became the man. It’s almost hard to believe there was a time Gus wasn’t playing for heaps.
