EPT9 Deauville: Five players remain in ladies event (not necessarily ladies)
1 Minute Read
Oh dear, why does this happen so frequently? The title of event #4 is ‘NL – Women’s Event’ and due to regulations here that event legally has to be open to all (with a matching ‘Men’s Event’ also running). Etiquette and, you would have thought, common decency would preclude any male players from joining the game. Not so.
Five players remain in the €330 buy-in event including Friend of PokerStars Charlotte Van Brabander and two gentlemen, used in the broadest sense of the word: the cads, the bounders, the rascals. Watch this space for a full final table report for an exposé of these rapscallions. One is even wearing leather trousers, which shouldn’t surprise you one jot. Harumph. We’ll leave our comments at that. If you’d prefer your commentary more straightforward then take a look at Marcin Horecki’s Twitter feed.
Congratulations to the ladies that have cashed thus far, including Anouk Aletrino.

Anais Lerouge went on to win the event.
