Dariusz Paszkiewicz has come close to winning a PokerStars trophy before. In the Eureka Latvia Main Event he entered the final table with the chip lead but couldn’t convert it to the win.

The Pole finished 3rd for €24,300 there but this time round the trophy did not elude him. Paszkiewicz picks up his first PokerStars doorstop in the EPT London £550 Deepstack side event for £13,149 which also pushes his live tournament winnings break through the six-figure barrier.

Well done, Dariusz.
