Day 2 of event #12 has kicked off at the Hippodrome today with 27 players remaining and just 20 places paying. The £2,150 buy-in event picked up 172 entries to create a £333,680 prize pool putting £98,430 up for the winner. There are plenty of well known grinders left in the field including PokerStars Team Online’s Mickey Petersen, Jason Wheeler, Mike Watson, Rhys Jones (one of the UK’s top online tournament players), Todd Terry, John Eames and Team PokerStars Pro Jonathan Duhamel.
