Ludovic Lacay may have been the big winner at EPT Sanremo but he certainly wasn’t the only player to leave with a smile on his face. Vesa Leikos won €210,000 in a huge 450 runner €2,100 side event. Benny Spindler took €253,000 beating Keven ‘stammdogg’ Stammen heads-up in the High Roller (Stammen took €200,000 and won another side event outright for €92,900) while Marc-Andre Ladocoeur kick-started a French Canadian rush with a €132,400 win in a €5,000 at the beginning of the festival.
