He may think it’s easy with aces, but Fintan Hand now considers king-queen offsuit to be the real nuts.
Get those Fintan finger wags out, because last night the Team Pro Online outlasted a field of 1,569 players to win the $44 Bounty Builder on PokerStars in front of a large Twitch audience. Here’s his winning moment:
For his win, Hand banked $8,658.78 total, which breaks down as $4,769.24 for first place, plus $3,889.54 in bounties. There were some interesting pots along the way though, including this one which showed that even with aces, it’s never entirely easy:
The pocket rockets managed to dodge the flopped flush draw in that one, and from there Hand went on a nice run, picking up some healthy bounties along the way. This one was a double KO:
Fintan then became the chip leader on the final table bubble courtesy of this big pot:
And from there it went Hand’s way, taking the lead heads-up versus ‘eGeMi’ after flopping a full house and check-raising the river on a four-heart board:
Missed last night’s Twitch action? Don’t fret. Both Fintan and Spraggy will continue to stream regularly on the PokerStars Twitch channel (despite what Fintan says in his winning tweet!).
Winning Bounty Builder tournaments is good fucking buzz. Huge stream from myself and @spraggy today. I always run so good after a little break. Might start streaming twice a month. pic.twitter.com/8b85B0vp8N
