This weekend, it’s the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP), running online for only the second time ever and offering players all around the world the opportunity to become a BSOP champion.
Players will be battling it out for huge prize pools in the BSOP online, with those on home soil looking to claim as many titles as possible for their country.
In the first BSOP online back in April, Brazilians claimed three titles, whilst Russian Aleksandr “Axelw0w~” Scheshukov won the Main Event. The series paid out players from 96 countries, making it a truly international affair.
This time around you can expect more events, bigger prize pools and combined guarantees of over $1 million and, as always, anyone on the PokerStars global site can take part.
BSOP online kicks off on Friday 26 June and runs until Monday 29 June. You’ll find 14 events over the weekend of action, including 11 NLHE tourneys, as well as PLO, PLO8 and HORSE events. Buy-ins range from $22 to $530, so there’s something for everyone.
The highlights of the BSOP online include two Main Events, both starting at 16:00 ET on Sunday. The $215 Main Event has a $300k prize pool, whilst the $22 Mini Main Event offers a $75k prize pool and chance for lower stakes players to earn a championship title.
The opening event of the series is the $109 Start-Up, beginning at 16:00 ET on Friday. You can find the full BSOP schedule below:

If you’re looking to gain cheaper entry to the BSOP online, satellites to the $22 Main Events are now running from as little as $1.10, and satellites for the $215 Main Event are running for as little as $11. You can also find satellites for each of the series’ events.
The easiest way to find satellites for the BSOP is to click the “Tourney” tab in the PokerStars lobby, make sure all tourneys are included in the filter and search “BSOP”.
