There’s a new theme to explore in our virtual world, and you can enjoy it from today on PokerStars VR.

This time we’re venturing into the Cyber domain.

Not the shiny glamorous world you might be accustomed to – you know, Macau 2050, the Monte Carlo Yacht, the Showdown Saloon or the Galaxy Space Station you’ve grown accustomed to.

But the futuristic tech world usually reserved for dystopian science fiction… or your daydreams.

A brand new poker environment

This is a visceral world of familiar cyber imagery, all in a futuristic home game setting.

That’s the best description I can come up with. You’ll have to see for yourself when you log in.

Or, by checking out the images below…

Introducing PokerStars VR Cyber

It’s raining out…

Excuse the mess….

As you can see, the game takes place inside an apartment. It could be your apartment (it needs a tidy), or that of a very tech obsessed friend.

Regardless of the specifics the effect is a futuristic home game. It’s even raining outside. You might get your hands wet if you can reach that far.

Some unique additions to enjoy

Like other PS VR themes, it comes complete with its own set of unique props — brand new additions to the game that will heighten your experience of this latest VR world.

What does that include?

Everything from apparel, wearable tech, weapons, and a few other interesting items not seen before.

Check out some of them below…

A few of the extras you can deploy…
