Until it wasn’t.
The winner of the SCOOP 2015 Event #14-L NL Single Draw 2-7 tournament did not concede the title when it seemed like kosmaras94 would dance to the victory. Instead teckidtq would pass up a WCOOP champ and kosmaras94 en route to earning $4,183.06 and the SCOOP champion’s watch.

There are nine players seeking the Triple COOP during this tournament series. While most of them are higher stakes players, they are certainly trying to obtain such a lofty title however it can be achieved. Assad91 and Erä_Koira both holding a WCOOP and TCOOP title, would fall early in their attempt to claim the third tier.
A few Red Spades would also invade the tournament with hopes of obtaining Player of the Series points led currently by Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier on the back winning two watches already this week (so far as there’s still two more days). In this tournament, only Team Pro Marcin “Goral” Horecki would go home with points and a profit finishing in 123rd place ($73.78).
Going into the final two tables someone with a bit of COOP final table experience looked to be ripe for more jewelry. -Rebus1980- already has a WCOOP bracelet from 2013 and is looking to gain a Modavo watch just 13 players away.
All-in pre-draw 2013 TCOOP Event #24 champ PSMozak tried to shove spyque105 off a pat ten with a one-card draw to a nine. Spyque105 covered and made the call as PSMozak drew a second seven finishing in 11th place ($303.49).
Twenty minutes later elkoftagy was all-in before the draw looking to improve a ten-six against kosmaras94’s pat jack-eight. Instead elkoftagy would draw an ace starting up the final table of seven below:

-Rebus1980- would start third in chips just slightly behind kosmaras94 and teckidtq but still on the verge of claiming another COOP title.
Spyque105’s stack holding just ten big bets at the beginning of the final table would be the first to go. After 15 minutes the smallest stack dwindled down to a little more than a big bet with the blinds at 12.5K/25K ante 6,250. 162636465666 would call as spyque105’s stack was put into the middle. Kosmaras94 and teckidtq also joined the party. We will not know spyque105’s cards until the reply as the seventh place finisher could not top teckidtq’s ten 6â™ 5♣ 10♦ 4♥ 8â™ earning $593.63.
Ram and jam does not dodge the draw
Shortly after the tenth hourly break with the blinds up to 17.5K/35K ante 8,750 rajvam would shove 760,954 chips over a min-raise by kosmaras94 holding a pat jack-nine 5♦ 3♦ J♦ 9♥ 2♠. Kosmaras94 made the most of the single draw finding a ten-eight 2♥ 10♠4♣ 5♥ 8♥ thus knocking out rajvam in sixth place ($790.29).
Rich getting richer
Halfway through the tenth hour the table tilted all chips towards kosmaras94’s stack. Holding over half the chips in play, kosmaras94 would face a 373,007 chip shove from Wall131TCI-I. The massive chip leader took the plunge with an one-card draw managing to notch a jack-nine 7♣ 4♥ J♣ 9♣ 8♦ just one pip better than Wall131TCI-I’s jack-ten 6♦ 10â™ 5♦ 8♥ Jâ™ . Wall131TCI-I would earn $1,045.05 in fifth place as the table watched kosmaras94’s stack grow even more.
No new jewelry
The WCOOP champ could not pull off the upset after falling behind in the tenth hour. Seven minutes after Wall131TCI-I’s elimination, -Rebus 1980- would open shove 164,172 from the cutoff finding two callers in kosmaras94 and teckidtq. Teckidtq only needed one card and turned over a jack-eight 5♣ 4â™ 8♣ 7♣ J♥ while the rest of the players mucked and -Rebus1980- signed off in fourth place ($1,512.81).
ICM sounds like something you may order at a pub after midnight but for the final three it meant splitting up the remaining funds in the prize pool leaving $500.00 for our champion.

The Player With No Letters
The good: 162636465666 is leaving here with $2,788.82
The bad: A few hands after making the three-way deal 162636465666 is leaving the table. With the blinds at 25K/50K ante 12.5K 162636465666 would shove 652,114 getting called by teckidtq. Both would draw one card as 162636465666 turned over king-jack hoping teckidtq would pair up.
The ugly: Teckidtq would notch a nine-seven 6♠4♦ 9♠7♠3♥ kicking 162636465666 to the curb in third place.
teckidtq vs. kosmaras94
With both players still holding over 50 big blinds going into the 11th hourly break, they seemed anxious to grab that SCOOP title and Modavo watch.
And while our final two could have played for an extended amount of time, it would take just 11 minutes into the 11th hour to square away the owner of a brand-new SCOOP watch. With the blinds up to 30K/60K ante 15K teckidtq opened up a 5.7 million to 1.06 million chip lead, reversing the domination shown by kosmaras94 with four players left.
Kosmaras94 would min-raise as teckidtq poured on the aggression with a shove. Holding a pat jack-eight 2♦ J♠7♥ 8♦ 4♥ as teckidtq looked to the deck for a little help.
The chip leader would find just enough to win hitting a ten-nine 2♣ 9♠6♦ 3♦ 10♠claiming the extra $500.00 along with the SCOOP 2015 Event #14-L title!
