Victor “Puropoker123” Lemos was a silent, but deadly assassin this week. The Panamanian quietly won two SCOOP events — Event #31-H $2,100 FL Holdem 6-Max and Event #28-H $2,100 Stud Hi/Lo. Plus, he narrowly missed another win with a runner-up performance in Event #22-H ($700 NL 6-Max). Victor “Puropoker123” Lemos entered Event #37-L as a three-time SCOOP champion and four-time COOP winner. Alas, Puropoker123 would not add another SCOOP win to his resume. Puropoker123 became the first player to bust at the final table and only went as deep as ninth place.

Ukraine’s fartovick2 put on an Omaha 8 clinic at the final table and knocked out three out of the final four players and cruised to victory in Event #37-L. fartovick2 only needed three hands to dispatch his heads-up opponent and step into the spotlight as the newest SCOOP champion.

2015 SCOOP Event #37-L $27 PLO Hi/Lo attracted 2,328 runners. They generated a prize pool worth $57,152.40. Only the top 306 places paid out with $9,145.88 set aside to the champion.

With 18 to go, fartovick25 (Ukraine) held the lead with 1.6M and three-time SCOOP champion Puropoker123 was fifth overall. Australia’s colcolcol bubbled off the final table in tenth place when A♥ K♦ 9♣ 3â™  lost to Vassegio’s Queen-high straight with Q♥ 10â™  8♦ 7â™  .
