Home / Uncategorized / Weekend review: Danzer, Cada up for gold again

Team PokerStars Pro has claimed two of the bracelets awarded at the WSOP this year, and tonight that number could be three.

There are 13 players left in the WSOP $10,000 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold’em Championship. Danzer is short-stacked, but Cada is in the top three. There’s $670,000 and another gold bracelet up top. As you might recall, both men have some experience in bringing home the gold. Cada, of course, has a Main Event bracelet. Danzer won his first just a few days ago.

In other news, we can’t let this day go by without offering huge congratulations to Calvin “cal42688” Anderson. We profiled him last month after he won SCOOP Player of the Series, and in that time we learned he was off to play a big schedule at the WSOP. Last night, he won the $1,500 Seven-Card Stud Hi-Low event. Talk about being on form…
