What do I do if I have forgotten my User ID?

If you have forgotten or are unsure of your PokerStars User ID you can enter the email address that you registered your PokerStars account with instead when you log in. You can do this from the 'Log In' popup screen that will be displayed when you launch the PokerStars software or you can log in from the main software screen by clicking on the ‘Log In’ option which is located at the top of the page. Simply enter your email address in the 'User ID / E-mail' section instead of your User ID. After you enter your password and click on 'Log In' you should be able to access the software and play at the tables.
For mobile users, you can also enter the email address that you registered your PokerStars account with instead of your User ID when you log in. Mobile users will have the option to select 'Forgot Password or User ID?' which will be displayed at the main login screen. By selecting 'FORGOT USER ID' in the next screen you will be able to enter the email address you used to validate your PokerStars account and an email with your User ID and further instructions will be sent to that email address.
Tip: If you have multiple email addresses, try all of them!
If you continue to have difficulties with your User ID, please email support and include your full name, mailing address, zip/postal code as well as any email address that may have been used to register your account. We can then assist you in accessing your account so that you can play at the tables.
