Report collusion or chip dumping
Collusion happens when two or more players are working together to win more money from other players. Chip dumping occurs when a player intentionally loses chips to someone else.
Both activities are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties at our discretion.
When a report of collusion or chip dumping is received, one of our Poker Specialists undertakes an extensive review of the players' relationships and past play.
To investigate a collusion or chip dumping report, we need the following information:
- The Stars IDs of the players involved
- Copies of suspicious hand histories (or at least hand IDs)
- Copies of suspicious chat
- Table/Tournament IDs
Contact us with this information, using the subject title Collusion/Chip dumping report, and an investigation will be conducted.
