Boleto Bancário deposits: instructions and information

Boleto Bancario allows you to transfer funds in your own currency from your bank account to your account with us.

You can pay for your Boleto at your local bank agency, via online banking or at an authorized retailer, using a coupon we'll provide. Just make sure the coupon hasn’t expired, and always include your unique payment reference number, which you can find at the top of the coupon.

It’s free to deposit through our Cashier, but your bank may charge you a fee.

How do I deposit funds into my user account?

1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
   
2. Press 'Deposit' and choose 'Boleto Bancário' from the list of payment options.
3. Select your preferred currency (if applicable).
4. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the field.
5. Enter your deposit bonus code (if available).
6. Enter your 11-digit CPF and select the green button to proceed.
7. Check all the details and confirm your deposit. You’ll then be redirected to our processor's website, which will generate a unique voucher for you to use on our site.

The voucher will show on your screen with deposit instructions and an expiry date. It will be sent to your email address as well. Use this voucher to complete the deposit at your local bank agency, via online banking, or in a retail outlet.

How long will it take to receive my funds in my user account?

As long as all the information given is correct, you’ll receive your funds within 3 to 5 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as we've credited the funds to your user account.

I lost my Boleto Bancário voucher, how can I complete my deposit?

You can still complete the deposit if you’ve lost or didn’t print your Boleto Bancário voucher. Just check the email you received with the pre-filled voucher details and check the expiration date. If it's still valid, print a new copy and use it to complete the deposit at your bank agency, via online banking, or in a retail outlet.
