Cards: AstroPay Card deposit troubleshooting

These are some possible reasons why your AstroPay Card deposit was declined:

  • Your AstroPay Card account was not created successfully.
  • There are not enough funds on your card. Check your balance and try again.
  • You may have entered invalid card information. Check the AstroPay Card number and try again.
  • You did not enter your 4-digit security code correctly.

If the problem persists, we suggest you use one of the alternate deposit methods available in the Cashier.
