Cards: Maestro card deposit troubleshooting

Some of the possible reasons for your Maestro card being declined include the following:

  • Incorrect information. Check your card details and try again.
  • Missing CVV code. If your card does not have a 3-digit CVV code, it can't be used for deposits. Please use an alternative payment method.
  • Expired card. Make sure your card is not expired or due to expire this month.
  • Insufficient funds. Check your available balance and try again.
  • Card blocked for online gaming transactions. Contact your bank for more information.
  • Mismatched information. Make sure the name and address registered with us matches the one registered on your bank.
