Steps to take if disconnected from a tournament (desktop)
If you get disconnected from a tournament, it is advisable to restart the software in order to restore connection. Then, go to the main lobby screen and select:
- Tools
- My Games & Tickets
- Registered in tournaments
Alternatively, use the hotkeys Ctrl + R on a Windows machine or Cmd + R on a Mac.
The tournaments you are registered in will be displayed. Select the tournament you were playing in and click on the Go There button. You will then be taken to the tournament lobby and will be able to continue playing. In addition, we recommend that you limit the number of applications and web pages left open while you are playing; especially if these are streaming music/videos or downloading big files.
