Using Game Tickets
A Game Ticket is a special ticket used to unlock a bonus instantly. Game Tickets cannot be used to register for any tournaments.
When you have a Game Ticket, a pop-up will appear on your screen. In order to use it, either hit Play Now directly from the pop-up or follow these steps:
Desktop software
- Open My Stars from the main lobby menu.
- Click the Prize Games widget.
- Select your Game Ticket.
Mobile app
- iOS: Select My Stars found at the bottom of the home screen.
Android: Open the expandable menu on the left side of the screen and then My Stars. - Open the Prize Games widget.
- Select your Game Ticket.
Web application
- Select Account and open My Stars from the menu.
- Open the Prize Games widget.
- Select your Game Ticket.
Once there, locate the Game Ticket you wish to use (should you have more than one) and hit the + symbol to expand the tab. Then, simply select PLAY NOW! to activate the ticket and receive your reward.
On certain applications or devices, it may not be possible to access or use your Game Tickets. If you experience this problem, please contact us via our Contact Support form. A link to the form can be found as follows:
