Account sharing and multiple accounts report

The integrity of our games is very important to us. Players can't share accounts, access the software, or play using someone else's accounts*. These are violations of our Terms of Service.

If you suspect a player of doing this, you can report it to us.

How do I send a report?

Contact us with all the relevant information using the subject title 'Multiple accounts report'. We'll review the reported accounts and take appropriate actions if they're breaching our rules. For privacy reasons, we won't disclose any information about the result of our investigation.

To send your report, go to:

  • Desktop and website: Help → Contact Us
  • Mobile: Account → Help → Contact Support

*There are some exceptions to this rule. For example, if you're in the middle of a tournament and your internet connection drops, then a friend can finish the tournament for you.
