Mobile app does not run after download

If our app's installer file downloads but it will not install it may indicate the web browser is downloading it with the incorrect file extension (.apk).

To correct this try downloading the installer using a different web browser to the one you normally use.

Recommended web browsers for Android include:

  • Android's default web browser
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Opera
