Power Up - Cap on Powers
A Hold'em game's showdown will always require a minimum of 5 cards. Some Powers, in this case Disintegrate, will therefore have a cap on the number of times it can be played.
That is why Disintegrate will only allow a maximum of 2 board cards to be destroyed per hand in order to allow the creation of a five-card hand.
