Not receiving emails from us

It is possible that the emails that we send to you are being filtered into a junk or spam folder. Please check these folders for an email from us.

To prevent this issue from reoccurring try adjusting your email accounts filter settings or add the email address our emails are coming from to your address book or contact list.

Alternatively, you can try using a different email account e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

To change your email address:

Website

Log in, press on 'Account', then:

Stars Account Details → Email

Desktop

Start our software and log in, then from the lobby go to:

Settings → Account Details → Email

Mobile

Tap on the menu (Android) or 'More' (iOS), then:

Settings & Tools → Account → Change Email

If you are using the PokerStars Next Gen app:

  1. Load the app on your mobile device and log in.
  2. Tap on the 'Account' button to launch the Account Panel.
  3. Choose 'Personal Details'.
  4. Beside 'Email Address' select 'Change'.

Enter your new email address, then press 'Apply' or 'OK'.

An email containing a new validation code will be automatically sent to the new email address.
