Direct Bank Transfer withdrawals

A Direct Bank Transfer is a withdrawal option that allows you to receive your winnings on your bank account.

What bank details do I need?

Depending on the country you live in, you’ll need to register different bank details:

  • 3-digit institution ID
  • 5-digit branch transit number
Isle of Man and the United Kingdom
  • Bank account holder name

  • 6-digit bank sort code

  • Bank account holder name
  • Bank full name
  • IBAN (using capital letters and without any spaces, dashes, or other additional characters)
  • 8 to 11-digit BIC (using capital letters and without any spaces, dashes, or other additional characters)

The bank account holder's name and bank country must match the ones registered on your account with us. Also, insert the IBAN and BIC in capital letters without any spaces, dashes, or other special characters.

How do I withdraw funds from my user account?

To make a Direct Bank Transfer withdrawal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

  2. Select the ‘Withdraw’ tab.
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  4. Choose the ‘Withdraw’ button.
  5. Select the ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ option.
  6. Scroll down and enter your bank details (click in the middle of the field to start typing).
  7. Select the green arrow to continue.
  8. Re-enter your bank details.
  9. Confirm you are the bank account holder.
  10. Select the green arrow to register your banking details.
  11. Once you've registered your bank details, you can submit your request.

Important to know

  • According to our withdrawal policy, withdrawals are always first credited back to the method(s) used to deposit. Once this is done, you'll be able to select any other withdrawal method, including Direct Bank Transfer.
  • We’ll process your withdrawal request within 72 hours. You’ll receive the funds in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days after we process it.

We don’t charge any fees for using Direct Bank Transfers, but your bank may apply them. For more information on their policy about fees, contact your bank.

In which currency will you send my withdrawal?

We’ll automatically convert your funds from your user account currency to the Direct Bank Transfer currency available in your country. If both currencies are the same, there’s no currency conversion.

The currency in which we’ll send your funds is always displayed on the withdrawal Cashier screen. You can also check our confirmation email to see how we'll process your request.
