Updating your name on a Stars Account
To update your name, log into your Stars Account via our software and follow the below steps:
- Go to our Contact Form, following one of the paths below:
- Website: click on Help → Contact Us
- Desktop: click on Help → Contact Us
- Mobile: Tap on Menu (Android) / More (iOS) → Settings & Tools → Support → Contact Us
- In the pop-up screen, select Account Security and Verification and the Upload Documents sub-category.
- Upload a copy of a government-issued ID
Make sure you specify Change of Name in the subject line and include the reason for the name change request in the body of the message.
If your name has changed due to marriage or divorce, also send us the relevant marriage/divorce certificate or other court records showing your birth name and current name.
If you're having trouble logging into your Stars Account, then scan or take a digital photo of the requested documents and send them through Contact Us on our website as per above.
