Restricting tournaments to play at the same time
Currently, we are unable to limit the amount of tournaments that you can play at the same time. However, you can set buy-in limits for tournaments and Sit & Gos by going to the main lobby and selecting:
- 'Tools'
- 'Responsible Gaming'
- 'Restrict Tournament Buy-In Limit'
This will allow you to set your own tournament and Sit&Go limits. You can also set this restriction to 'DON'T PLAY (restrict all)'. This means that you will not be allowed to play any MTTs or SnGs.
The restriction does not apply to any StarsCoin or Freeroll entries, nor does it apply to tournament seats that have been won via satellite. The limit does not affect add-ons and re-buys once you have bought into the tournament.
You can lift the restriction through the same menu, but once you have set the limit in the client, you will be unable to request an increase or removal of it for 7 days. Once this period expires, you can request an increase or removal and it will take 24 hours to be approved.
