OVERLAND (4) was always well back over this journey at Nowra, but peaks now and should be ready to show more like his better provincial form. Sydney-trained and is nicely placed to take this out. NANDOWRIE (3) was in the firing line on the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1400m at Wellington. Maps for a soft run and the mile should be well within his scope. Sure to run well. BOLD BENDER (8) has had plenty of tries, but the step up to the mile may suit her better. She's on the quick back-up off an improved effort and can get some of the better cash. CONVERSATIONS (1) was plain last time, but was going well at the non-Tabs prior. This is a touch harder, but he's certainly in the mix.
