• PokerStars welcomes two new members to Team Online

World Series of Poker coverage continues
The World Series of Poker Main Event plays on in Las Vegas, or at least will do from later today. With the final table of nine in place players took two days off to meet their media obligations and decompress a little for what will be the biggest game of cards in their lives.
Early this morning, the field took a break with seven players remaining. Our team wrapped up the night here: Blumstein takes overwhelming lead with seven left.
Just because there were two days off though it didn’t mean our reporting team of Howard Swains and Martin Harris eased up at all. Instead they produced some of the best pieces of the event, which you can read in our WSOP coverage.

Micro Millions
As we’ve written about before, poker isn’t just about big money of the World Series; it’s just as relevant when the stakes are much lower – Micro even.
This week featured the return of MicroMillions, good news for players on a more modest bankroll, and to fans of competitive poker in all its shapes and forms, and we’re pleased to announce it all kicks off again this weekend.
You can find all the details of the latest series so far on the MicroMillions homepage. Here though is a reminder of the highlights to look forward to.
– More than 100 events
– A MicroMillions Invitational
– Buy-ins from as little as 0.11c
– Spin & Go qualifiers
