Day 1B of the PokerStars. It IPT San Remo Grand Final is officially over. It’s been a great show here at the Casino Municipale for the most important Italian live poker event.

After eight levels and with blinds 400/800 (ante 100), the current chip leader is Scott Braumstein from USA with 288,100 chips, followed by Russian player Igor Kurganov with 154,300 and PokerStars Qualifier Domenico Cordi with 141,000 chips.

We had 269 players registered for day 1B, which brings the total to a fantastic 418 for a prize pool of €810,920. The lucky lady or gentleman who wins here will take home an incredible prize of €200,000. That’s not bad at all for the last PokerStars.IT IPT stop of season 3. Fifty-six players will take a prize home, starting at 3,300 euros.

It’s been an intense day for Team PokerStars Pros, and we still have two of them fighting at the tables for Day 2: Pier Paolo Fabretti is sitting on a good stack of 72,100, and Salvatore Bonavena is hanging on with 12,500 chips. Dario Minieri was eliminated at the beginning of the third level, and an unlucky Luca Pagano left the tournament a bit later.

We still have 25 PokerStars qualifiers who survived Day 1B and will join all the players who are left from Day 1A, including three members of PokerStars Team Online.
