5.26pm — 21 left
Martin Bjerring Hansen of Denmark departs next. Hansen had re-raised Jens Kyllönen pre-flop. Then on a flop of [5H]-[KC]-[AH] Kyllönen checked raised with K-5 for two pair, making it 130,000 to play. Hansen’s call put him all-in, showing A-T. “Bad mistake” he said as the turn [7C] and river [8H] gave him no help.
5.15pm — Saxin’s double double
Moments after hauling himself back into the tournament with the double up detailed below, Christian Saxin has done it again. This time his pocket 10s stayed good against the A-10 of Ramzi Jelassi and he now has about 215,000, which is about 100,000 more than what Jelassi is left with.
5.05pm — Live! Live! Live!

5pm — Double-up for Saxin
Rasmus Nielsen has gone on a slight downswing in recent minutes and it just continued when he doubled up the short stack of Christian Saxin. Saxin had nines, Nielsen had A-7 and the middle pair stayed good through flop, turn and river.
4.55pm — Wendt went
Martin Wendt’s tournament is over. He moved all in from the button for his final 40,000 and Jakob Tostesen insta-called from the big blind. Tostesen showed pocket tens, Wendt grimaced and showed A-8. His one over-card failed to hit and the Dane is busted.

4.52pm — Eight on the river
Eric Larcheveque moved all-in. It was folded to Martin Hansen who looked at his cards and immediately announced call, showing aces. Larcheveque was behind with pocket eights but all that would change. [KD]-[5D]-[2S]s on the flop with a [QD] on the turn. This gave the Frenchman outs as he held a diamond. He didn’t need it though when a third eight hit the river. “Allez!” he said, quite rightly.
4.35pm — Three tables remain
Daniel Matus becomes the 25th placed finisher, betting and then re-raising all-in after Martin Bjerring Hansen bumped up the price. Hansen called immediately showing pocket queens to Matus’ tens. That leaves 24 players and a redraw.
4.30pm — Last of the two-timers
Andreas Hoivold, the tournament’s last hope for a second EPT title, pushed all-in for 30,000. Martin Hansen thought about it. “It’s about 80,000” joked Hoivold, but even the 30K is enough to put Hansen off.
4.25pm — Lauttamus floored
Juha Lauttamus is now out. He got all his remaining chips in on a five high flop but he only had two overcards: A-8. Rasmus Nielsen only had 9-5 but that was top pair. The turn and river blanked and the Finn is finished here.
4.20pm — Hostrop done for
After shipping most of his chips to Lundell in that hand moments ago, Frederik Hostrop has been knocked out. He had [QS]-[10H] on a board of [A6]-[6C]-[10C] but his opponent, Jonas Klausen, had [AD]-[QS]. Hostrup couldn’t catch up and has now gone.
4.10pm — Lundell doubles up
Mikael Lundell’s tournament was hanging by a thread when he was all in with As-10s and was called by the pocket nines of Frederik Hostrop. The Survivor star was racing against his fellow Swede and it was a race he won: the ace flopped and Lundell hangs on. Hostrop, however, is severely wounded.
