Home / News / MicroMillions Main Event: “TTPlayer18” wins $71K after five-handed deal

After a full day of poker on Sunday it took almost six hours more on Monday to decide it, and following a five-handed deal “TTPlayer18” of Germany emerged as champion of the Sunday Storm 9th Anniversary, a.k.a. the MicroMillions Main Event.

The five-way deal meant that while just over $100K was originally due the winner, more final table players making it to the end were able to realize some truly eye-boggling ROIs for the event.

“Nick92NK” of Ukraine took runner-up and a cool $63,611.83. “rafa10201554” Brazil took third, “ALL INB1TC” of Canada finished fourth, and “cberbel” of Brazil went out in fifth after all also being involved in the endgame chop.

The 128,753 entries into the $11 buy-in Main Event meant the $1 million guarantee was easily met, with the prize pool ultimately totaling $1,261,779.40 and the top 21,347 places paid.
