Pennsylvania poker players take note — it’s almost PASCOOP time!

The Pennsylvania Spring Championship of Online Poker kicks off tomorrow at PokerStars PA.

This second-ever running of PASCOOP is even bigger and better than last spring’s version. Running from Saturday, April 17 through Monday, May 3, the series features 40 events each with three different buy-in tiers — “high,” “medium,” and “low.”

That’s 120 tournaments altogether, with the guarantees across all of them totaling a little $2 million.

Tournaments cost as little as $5 to play and go all of the way up to a couple of high roller events with $1,000 and $2,000 buy-ins.

The schedule is full of no-limit hold’em freezeouts, re-entries, and progressive knockout events in a variety of formats and structures. There’s a lot for fans of non-NLHE games, too, including several Omaha and mixed game events.

The two-day Main Event happens May 2-3 with the “high” version costing $300 to play and featuring a $200,000 guarantee.

The “medium” Main is a $75 event with a $40,000 guarantee, and the “low” (or “Mini”) Main costs $30 to play and sports a $20,000 guarantee.

There are also lots of satellites, Second Chance Freerolls, and a Main Event Depositor Freeroll on May 2. Find out more about all of those in the above link as well.

The first events begin Saturday evening at 6 p.m. See you at the tables, PA poker players, and good luck to all in PASCOOP!
