As the PokerStars Festival High Roller Day 1 heads around the final bend, the prize pool information was released by the important people in suits. Registration closed after dinner break (the beginning of Level7) and a record 90 entries had stumped up the €2,200 needed to enter, 10 of them needing their one allotted re-entry to continue.
In total, €174,600 was amassed and a lucky 13 of them will share the spoils. Min-cashing will earn you €3,490 and the winner will ride off into the sunset with €46,380 extra to carry. Full breakdown listed below.
At the time of publishing, 56 players still remain in the hunt for the Euros. Christian Freimuller is still in but is now a former chip leader. Andre Haneberg leapfrogged him and went clear of the field on around 160,000. The German player’s post-dinner charge included him busting two Danish players.
