Today in SCOOP…

• Golden Scythe update
• The biggest results from the day
• Who won what?
• Today’s SCOOP 2018 winners map
• The Unofficial SCOOP STAT Tracker
• Coming up on Wednesday

1. Golden Scythe: No change

Absolutely nothing changed at the top of the leader board in any categories today, thanks to a short schedule of events and the time in which we process an update. But I suppose that means things won’t get any worse for Spraggy. Not for 24 hours.

Here’s a reminder of who tops some of the key categories.

The current leaders

The Overall “Genghis Khan” Standings: RaJohnny (78 KOs)
The “LeBron James” Consistency Standings (Highest KO/Event): RaJohnny (9.75 KO/E)
The “John Wick” Hit and Run Standings: Robinson1984 (25KOs)
The “Spraggy as Rudy Ruettiger” Team Pro standings: Jaime Staples (33 KOs)
The “Kneel before Zod” World Domination Standings: Russia

2. The headlines

The High Roller event was the main draw yesterday, with a final table featuring Ben Tollerene, Jan-Eric Schwippert, Connor Drinan, Elior Sion, and Jonathan Proudfoot.

But, as Martin Harris reported, it was Dutch player Dhr. Awesome who proved the “awesomest of them all”.

He took the title and what was a first prize of $224,753.84. You can read the full report here.

Elsewhere it was the same old story.

By that we mean two more players recorded a second win of SCOOP 2018.

Villepn and Lena900 join the still growing list of double winners this year. Meanwhile Isildur1 added his first.

Double SCOOP 2018 winners so far:
Villepn
Lena900
Ole “wizowizo” Schemion
Rome Opro
Jerry “Hummylun” Wong
Rui “RuiNF” Ferreira
Calvin “Cal42688” Anderson

Bonus features

Jaime Staples has been busy this SCOOP series, not least with his video diaries. You can see his latest by clicking here.

But he’s not the only one who has been streaming his way through the past two weeks of SCOOP action.

Yesterday Lex Veldhuis had one of those great days that was only a final table short of being perfect.

He finished 12th in SCOOP 40-M, collecting $6,285.91.

All of that while streaming for nine hours straight, with his popularity evident by the 10,000 constant viewers he had throughout.

Lex had plenty of highlights in that time, which you can see at the links below. One of them was particularly fun, which you can watch below.

A perfect play with trip Queens
AQ v TT for heaps
Running Queens into Aces
Doubling up with AK v AQ
Followers begin making Sprinkler donations to get Lex into the Main Event (see below)
