Several players at the $500,000 guarantee Sunday Warm-Up final table will be looking towards the tournament series starting up Thursday to collect another leg of the Triple -COOP and PokerStars Grand Slam. The 2015 Turbo Championship of Online Poker (TCOOP) is loaded with $15 million in guaranteed prize pools yet they will half as long (or less) than the ten and half hour ending here. After a two-way chop Elmagico19A1, with two previous Sunday Warm-Up final tables (October 2012 and November 2012), took away the top prize of $90,892.39.

Two-time SCOOP champion Charlie “JIZOINT” Combes would make a run at the Sunday Warm-Up title. Down to three tables after eight and a half hours of play, Combes would be eliminated in 20th place ($1,630.81) opening up a slew of people heading to the rail before the final table.

After the dust cleared, only 23 players would make it to the ninth hourly break, including WCOOP 2012 Event #3 winner utvekklo2.

SCOOP 2014 Event #39-M and Sunday Million champ SHIPP ITT could be found sitting up top of the chip totals just 12 players away from banking $96,618.92.

Steve ‘Illini213’ Barshak, winner of the WCOOP 2012 Event #29 and this tournament, also in 2012 would headline a solid final table after llJaYJaYll’s pocket sevens 7♣ 7♥ failed to catch up to jambeyang’s kings on the 6♦ 3♦ 4â™  8â™  9♣ board to start up the final table below:

Seat 1: kya0209 (2681383 in chips)
Seat 2: jambeyang (4918368 in chips)
Seat 3: r shetty (1878496 in chips)
Seat 4: SHIPP ITT (5350053 in chips)
Seat 5: utvekklo2 (1672899 in chips)
Seat 6: politm69 (1267963 in chips)
Seat 7: Doctor2D (5230821 in chips)
Seat 8: Elmagico19A1 (3529546 in chips)
Seat 9: Illini213 (4240471 in chips)

utvekklo2 would draw first blood. During the 80K/160K ante 16K blind level utvekklo2 would shove 1.8 million chips as politm69 called all-in for 538,963 holding Aâ™  Q♣ . The flip against utvekklo2’s jacks Jâ™  J♣ was over by the turn 9♦ 2♣ J♥ 2♥ 2♦ sending $4,923.20 politm69’s way in ninth place.

Steve ‘Illini213’ Barshak eliminated in eighth place

A Sunday Major title could have spelled a big comeback for the WCOOP champ. But, instead Barshak took home a little less than the $96K winner’s check. With the blinds holding at 80K/160K ante 16K Elmagico19A1 raised to 352,000 as Barshak shoved from the button for three million holding 7♣ A♥ . Unfortunately he was outkicked by Elmagico19A1’s A♦ Q♣ and with a queen on the flop J♦ 3â™  Q♦ 9â™  8â™  Barshak left in eighth place ($7,692.50).

Elmagico19A1 would continue that run-good in knocking out r sheety in seventh place ($13,846.50) to take a commanding chip lead into the tenth hour of play.

Ten minutes later with the blinds moving up to 100K/200K ante 20K, Doctor2D and jambeyang put together a 9.1 million chip pot preflop to challenge Elmagico19A1’s stack. jambeyang’s pocket tens 10♦ 10â™  would survive the 2♦ 6♣ 8♦ 4♦ 7♣ board as Doctor2D’s Jâ™  A♥ collected $20,000.50 in sixth place.

In the battle between a WCOOP champ and a SCOOP champ, the watch beat the bracelet. SHIPP ITT’s big slick K♦ A♥ would take down utvekklo2’s Q♥ Jâ™  after both flopped a pair. The WCOOP winner took away $26,345.27 in fifth place as the remaining four instantly went into deal-making mode.

Well… they tried.

While everyone clicked to pause the game, one more hand was played before calculating the chip chop and ICM numbers. After SHIPP ITT raised, Elmagico19A1, still holding the chip lead, three-bet all in with A♠ Q♣ . SHIPP ITT was not playing for second place and called all-in with pocket jacks J♥ J♣ . A queen in the door and an ace on the end Q♥ 7♣ K♠ 6♠ A♣ spelt game over for SHIPP ITT in fourth place ($35,385.50).

The sudden elimination of SHIPP ITT changed the minds of the last three to follow through on pausing to make a deal. This was unfortunate for kya0209’s shortstack of 3.5 million compared to jambeyang’s 9.4 million and Elmagico19A1’s 17.7 million chips with blinds at 125K/250K ante 25K. Seven hands after the aborted chop talks, kya0209 would be all-in with queens Q♣ Q♦ against jambeyang’s big slick K♥ A♥ . An ace appeared in the middle of the flop 6♥ A♣ 3â™  3♣ 8â™  and kya0209 disappeared in third place ($51,078.20).

Playing for 10K

kya0209’s exit prompted a quick agreement to chop up the remaining prize pool leaving $10,000.00 aside for the winner.

Elmagico19A1: $80,892.39
jambeyang: $77,728.33

Elmagico19A1 would start with a 17.7 to 12.9 million chip lead and end up with all of the tournament chips 17 minutes later.

With the blinds moving up to 150K/300K ante 30K jambeyang would min-raise as Elmagico19A1 made the call to see a 7♥ 5â™  9â™  flop. Elmagico19A1 would check-raise all-in, well covering jambeyang’s stack. Jambeyang made the call with top pair 9♣ K♥ , only needing to avoid running eights or…

… a six

The 6♣ on the turn locked up the Sunday Warm-Up title and extra $10K for Elmagico19A1 earning a total of $90,892.39 with the victory!
