GothamChess trains Spraggy for Joker’s Gambit
Two Twitch titans from two different games joined forces this week.
One is a beloved content creator, commentator, Twitch streamer and YouTuber, a master of his craft whose videos and streams are simultaneously funny, entertaining, and educational, helping hundreds of thousands of players improve every week.
The other…is Spraggy.
Yep, the legendary Levy Rozman–better known as GothamChess–teamed up with our own Benjamin “Spraggy” Spragg on Twitch this week for a chess training session.
You see, Spraggy is due to take part in Joker’s Gambit, a two-Day chess tournament with the biggest names in Poker raising funds for charity.

Fortunately for Spraggy, GothamChess is/was a fan. Prior to setting up his own stream, Gotham admitted he only watched poker on Twitch and the Spraggster was one of his favourites.
So, the two got down to business, analysing Spraggy’s chess game at length over a 95-minute stream.
How did Spraggy fare? Give the stream below a watch to find out.
St Paddy’s Day FT for Fintan
It’s custom on St Patrick’s Day (March 17) to eat, drink, dance, and wear green. Ireland’s Fintan “easywithaces” Hand did all of that and still managed to make a final table.
Fintan was live for a special St Paddy’s Day stream yesterday and reached the final table of the Bounty Builder $215.
You’ll have to take our word for it: Fintan’s shirt is green.
Alas, his run in the 198-player field came to an end in fifth for $1,184 plus $1,123 in bounties.
Fintan is also taking part in Joker’s Gambit but it looks like he’s not even the best chess player in the house:
I punt off the final table and then I get this sent this. https://t.co/bB5hRsqBRA

Clips of the week
Excellent result in the $55 Supersonic for Majincast (3rd – $3,547).
It’s just so disappointing when you don’t hit the running royal.
Not that Arlie would know.
Spraggy on mega-tilt.
All smiles on the Tonkaaaa rail.
Premature dancing.
The 72 game is on.
Ja ja ja!
It’s just that easy.
No Barry! Noooo!
Diamond! Ace! Queen!
Brutal.
