Sunday Million

The Sunday Million might not have been the main headline for the week, but this weej’s winner Matt “VegasDietz” Dietrich might feel otherwise. As Kristin Bihr reported for the PokerStars Blog, Dietrich arrived at the final table with 13 big blinds, but turned that into a first prize of $122,000 after a four way deal. It makes for essential reading.

EPT Barcelona

There’s not much I can add here to the extensive coverage from Barcelona this past two weeks, which only ended in the early hours of this morning. Suffice to say the last ever EPT Barcelona (before the PokerStars Championship comes into being) provided all the stories we’d hoped for, and a winner in Sebastian Malecwho won’t be forgotten any time soon.

For proof the best thing to do is to click on our live coverage on the Blog. You’ll get everything from every day and every event.

A brief round-up from the weekend. As always send your questions and comments to us on Twitter: @PokerStarsBlog.
