Real Money Deposits & Cashouts
Real money deposits into your poker account are accepted in several ways. The minimum deposit across all options is $10 (unless otherwise stated). Please select your country from the dropdown list below to view a list of payment and cashout methods available. Make sure you also read the real money transaction processing and currency conversion terms and conditions.
Fast Deposits
The Fast Deposit feature is a quick and convenient way to fund your PokerStars account using your preferred payment method. It supports many of the popular deposit methods including VISA, MasterCard and NETELLER. Just look for the Fast Deposit logo beside the deposit method in the Cashier.
When you use a supported payment method you will be given the option to enable this as your 'Fast Deposit Account'. Once enabled, you will see the Fast Deposit button when playing in cash games, allowing you to review and submit transactions directly from the table. You will then be notified when the transaction is completed and the funds are available in your PokerStars account.

PokerStars is an online poker room, not a casino. That means you never play against the house, only other poker players over the Internet. We receive compensation by taking a ‘rake’, which is a small amount of money from each pot. The rake from the pot never exceeds $5, and at the lower cash limits, the rake is even smaller. PokerStars player’s poker money and account balances are held in segregated accounts and not used for any operational expenses. These segregated accounts are managed by a leading European bank. This arrangement ensures that PokerStars can at all times fulfill its monetary obligations toward its online poker players, and provides further reassurance that player funds are always secure with PokerStars.
Deposit Assistance Department
If you have any problems making a real money deposit in the Cashier, PokerStars can help you with our Deposit Assistance Department (DAD) feature. If a deposit you are trying to make is declined or refused, you will be offered the ability to request live support. Once you click on this, PokerStars will then contact you via live chat to assist you with your deposit. If you do not see an offer of live support, email dad@pokerstars.com, with ‘Chat Request’ in the subject line and remain logged in to PokerStars.
Deposit Assistance is currently available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Dutch, and Portuguese.
Set Deposit Limits
PokerStars believes that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for playing online poker. We therefore allow you to restrict your own weekly real money deposit limits. Of course, those limits may be no higher than the ones we already have for your account. Simply go to the lobby, choose ‘Cashier’ from the top lobby menu, and select ‘Restrict Deposit Limit’.

Cashing Out Your Poker Winnings
To cash out, click ‘Cashier’ in the PokerStars Lobby and select ‘Cash Out’. You will then be prompted for a cashout amount. Enter the amount and click ‘Submit’.
