The Fast Deposit feature is an even quicker way to fund your PokerStars account and supports many popular deposit methods, including VISA, MasterCard and NETELLER. Look for the Fast Deposit logo beside the deposit method in the Cashier. You will be given the option to enable this as your 'Fast Deposit Account' and submit transactions directly from the table. Players’ poker funds and account balances are held in segregated accounts on PokerStars, and not used for any operational expenses. These segregated accounts are managed by a leading European bank. This arrangement ensures that PokerStars can at all times fulfill its monetary obligations toward its online poker players, and provides further reassurance that player funds are always secure with PokerStars.
Deposit Assistance Department
Problems making a real money deposit? PokerStars can help with our Deposit Assistance Department (DAD) feature. If your deposit is declined or refused, you will be offered the ability to request live support and we’ll contact you via live chat to assist you. If DAD is not offered in your chosen language, email dad@pokerstars.com, with ‘Chat Request’ in the subject line, and remain logged in to PokerStars.
Set Deposit Limits
PokerStars believes that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for playing online poker. We therefore allow you to restrict your own weekly real money deposit limits. Of course, those limits may be no higher than the ones we already have for your account. Simply go to the lobby, choose ‘Cashier’ from the top lobby menu, and select ‘Restrict Deposit Limit’.

Quick and Easy Cashouts
To cash out, click ‘Cashier’ in the desktop PokerStars Lobby and select ‘Cash Out’. You will then be prompted to enter a cashout amount. Enter and click ‘Submit’. See our Cashout Policy for available options and details on how cashouts are processed. Note that cashouts are currently not available via the Web Cashier.
