Spin & Go Race Competition Terms and Conditions

The Competition

1. These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Competition Terms”) set out the terms and conditions on which eligible participants may enter Spin & Go Race (“Competition”) at the BSOP Millions São Paulo 2026 for a chance to win one of the 3 (three) entries to the Spin & Go National Championship Live Brasil event, each valued at USD 2,778, taking place on 27 November 2026 at BSOP Millions in São Paulo (each, a “First Prize”).

2. The Promoter of the Competition is Global Poker Tours Limited, an Isle of Man company having its registered office at Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 1DZ (“Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Promoter is part of the group of companies that are controlled, directly or indirectly, by Flutter Entertainment PLC (“Flutter Group”).

3. In these Competition Terms, a reference to “you”, “your”, or “participant” is a reference to persons wishing to participate in the Competition.

4. Participation in the Competition is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with all requirements set out in these Competition Terms. The PokerStars General Promo Terms also apply to the Competition. For the purposes of this Competition, references to PokerStars as the promoter in the General Promo Terms shall be read as references to the Promoter identified in clause 2 of these Competition Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Competition Terms and the General Promo Terms, these Competition Terms shall prevail.

Competition Period

5. The qualification period begins at 17:00 BRT on Saturday, 14 November 2026 and ends at 22:00 BRT on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 (“Competition Period”).

6. The Competition takes place daily from 17:00 BRT to 22:00 BRT during the Competition Period (each, a “Competition Day”) in the main tournament hall at BSOP Millions São Paulo 2026. Any heads-up tiebreaks under clause 19 take place on 25 November 2026, after the Competition Period.

Eligibility

7. To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

    a) be at least 18 years old;

    b) hold a registered, verified and active account on the www.pokerstars.com site (“Stars Account”);

    c) have played online Spin & Go tournaments using your Stars Account within the last 30 days immediately preceding your participation in the  Competition, and have the PokerStars app installed on your mobile device so that you can demonstrate this to the Competition staff by showing your recent tournament history on the PokerStars app; and

    d) not be, for any reason, barred or self-excluded from playing or participating in PokerStars products or services,

(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).

8. Employees and relatives and/or affiliates of employees of the Flutter Group are not permitted to participate in the Competition. For the purpose of this clause, the term ‘relative’ shall mean but not be limited to spouse, partner, parent, cousin, child or sibling and ‘affiliates’ shall include, but not be limited to, such an employee's housemate(s) or co-habitee(s).

9. We reserve the right to ask participants for any proof of identification, age and address, and to conduct any ID and security checks on participants, as we see fit to confirm participants comply with the Eligibility Criteria. Failure by a participant to meet the Eligibility Criteria, as determined and verified by us, and provide any information and documentation requested by us at any stage of the Competition will result in that participant being disqualified from the Competition.

Entry requirements and playing structure

10. To participate in the Competition, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria and play a free-to-enter 3-player live Spin & Go tournament in the main tournament hall at the BSOP Millions São Paulo 2026 during the Competition Period (each a “Qualifier Tournament”, together the “Entry Requirement”). Following elimination from a Qualifier Tournament, you may only participate in another Qualifier Tournament if you win a replay prize on the Prize Wheel (as defined in clause 20).

11. Each participant starts a Qualifier Tournament with 4,000 chips, equivalent to 20 big blinds at the starting level. The starting small blind and big blind are 100 and 200 chips respectively. The blinds increase every five hands.

12. The winner of each Qualifier Tournament remains at the table and plays against new challengers. Each successive Qualifier Tournament won without an intervening loss counts towards that participant’s consecutive winning streak. A loss ends the streak.

13. A winning streak is capped at 6 (six) consecutive wins. Once a participant reaches 6 (six) consecutive wins, they must stop playing for the remainder of that day.

Leader Board

14. Participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria and Entry Requirement are entered into one Competition Leader Board (“Leader Board”). The Leader Board is updated at the end of each Competition Day and records participants’ names, PokerStars usernames, highest consecutive winning streaks and the relevant last winning hands.

15. A participant’s Leader Board score is their highest consecutive winning streak achieved across all of their attempts during the Competition Period. Wins from separate streaks or attempts, including attempts awarded through the Prize Wheel, are not added together. A daily update reflects any improvement to that participant’s highest streak; it does not create a separate daily leaderboard. A loss does not erase a previously recorded highest streak.

16. For each winning streak, the hand recorded is always the participant’s last winning hand of that streak. The highest poker hand formed in that last winning hand is recorded. If a participant achieves the same highest consecutive winning streak more than once, the strongest recorded hand from those streaks will count for tiebreak purposes.

Selection of winners and First Prizes

17. Following the end of the Competition Period, the top 3 (three) participants on the Leader Board, after applying the tiebreak rules in clause 18 (if applicable), will each win one First Prize (each, a “First Prize Winner”).

18. Participants are ranked first by their Leader Board scores, with the highest consecutive winning streak ranked first. If participants are tied on that score, they are ranked by the strength of their recorded last winning hands under clause 16, using standard poker hand rankings. If the recorded hands do not resolve a tie affecting qualification, the participants who remain tied will play heads-up tiebreak matches using the same Spin & Go playing structure on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 at BSOP Millions São Paulo 2026 to determine the First Prize Winners. If a heads-up tiebreak is required, the relevant participants will be informed what time the match or matches will take place.

19. Each First Prize is an entry to the Spin & Go National Championship Live Brasil event on 27 November 2026 at BSOP Millions in São Paulo (“Event”), valued at USD 2,778.

Consolation Prizes

20. Each time a participant is eliminated from a Qualifier Tournament, they are entitled to 1 (one) spin of the prize wheel (“Prize Wheel”) following that elimination.

21. Eliminated participants must take their spin of the Prize Wheel immediately after being eliminated.

22. The Prize Wheel offers the following consolation prizes (“Consolation Prizes”):

Consolation Prize

Probability

Replay - another opportunity to participate in a Qualifier Tournament

35%

USD 10 Spin & Go online tournament ticket

20%

PokerStars merchandise - card protector, T-shirt or cards

20%

PokerStars merchandise - bucket hat, bento box or swim shorts

15%

Premium PokerStars-logo hoodie

5%

USD 100 Spin & Go online tournament ticket

5%

23. A Replay prize permits another attempt at the Competition, subject to the Competition Period and the six-consecutive-win cap in clause 13. The new attempt starts a new streak, and the participant’s highest streak remains their Leaderboard score under clause 15.

24. The Spin & Go tournament ticket prizes will be credited to eligible recipients’ Stars Accounts within 30 working days after the Event. The tickets will be valid for 30 days from the date they are credited to the recipient’s Stars Account. PokerStars merchandise prizes will be awarded to participants immediately after they spin the Prize Wheel.

How to redeem a First Prize

25. The First Prize Winners will be contacted by Promoter’s on-site representative (“UPFY”) using the contact details each participant provided when registering for the Competition.

26. Each First Prize Winner must confirm to UPFY (in the manner requested by UPFY) that they can attend the Event by no later than 23:59 BRT on Wednesday, 25 November 2026.

27. A First Prize Winner who does not provide the confirmation by the deadline as specified in clause 26 will forfeit their First Prize and be considered a non-participant in the Event. Promoter may, at its discretion, invite the next highest-ranked eligible participant on the Leader Board who has not already won a First Prize to fill the vacant place at the Event.

28. Each First Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the PokerStars live events terms available at www.pokerstarslive.com/about/tos/.

Additional information for all Prizes

29. The First Prizes and Consolation Prizes are together referred to as the “Prizes”. All elements of the Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the Prizes.

30. If a Prize, or part of a Prize, becomes unavailable for some reason, we will (if we’re reasonably able to do so) substitute the unavailable Prize (or the part of the Prize that is unavailable) with another prize that we reasonably consider to be of at least the same value.

31. If a Prize winner is unable to use/take part in any element of their Prize for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not obliged to offer an alternative prize or any cash alternative or compensation.

32. Prizes do not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the Prize description. Prize winners are solely responsible for, and we will not be liable to reimburse Prize winners for, any such additional charges and expenses.

33. We have no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with a Prize.

34. Prize winners must not do anything that may bring the Promoter, the Flutter Group or its/their commercial partners into disrepute. We reserve the right to take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of a Prize) if a Prize winner acts in a way that we reasonably consider to bring the Promoter, the Flutter Group or its/their commercial partners into disrepute.

35. We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused or sustained by a Prize winner as a result of participating in their Prize (except that we will be liable for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation).
