How can I make purchases at PokerStars using Maestro debit cards?

Maestro debit card purchases are fully integrated via the PokerStars cashier screen. When you click on "Cashier" and then on "Buy Chips", you will see an option to use Maestro. Click on the button depicting the logo of these debit cards and enter the amount you wish to deposit.

After you’ve clicked on ‘Submit’, (3D secure) processing by Mastercard will take place. Once you confirm your 3D secure password, your request will be submitted to your bank’s servers via one of our processors and you will receive confirmation in about a minute.

What about my cashouts?

Cashouts to Maestro cards are currently not supported.

How does the exchange rate conversion work?

PokerStars uses the prevailing mid-market rate provided by Reuters (plus a small fee if applicable) to convert deposits to your PokerStars account currency. For additional information, please read our Real Money Transaction Processing and Currency Conversion Terms and Conditions.

What will it cost me to use Maestro debit cards at PokerStars?

There are no other fees for using Maestro at PokerStars. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their card issuer.
