How do I make purchases at PokerStars using NETeller?

Deposit funds into your NETeller account using one of the above funding options, then transfer the funds into your PokerStars account through the PokerStars Cashier.

All NETeller deposits are processed through the 'Cashier' button in the PokerStars lobby. To make a deposit, simply login to your PokerStars account and click the 'Cashier' button, then select 'Buy Chips'.

Next, click on the 'NETeller' button, enter your NETeller Account ID and Secure ID, then the amount you wish to deposit.

If your NETeller account is not in USD, your funds must be converted into USD before they're credited to your PokerStars account balance. You can choose to make deposits into your PokerStars account using the same currency as your NETeller account (if your NETeller account is in AUD, BGN, DKK, EEK, EURO, GBP, HUF, INR, JPY, LTL, LVL, MXN, NOK, PLN, RON and SEK) by selecting your NETeller currency when you make your deposit request. If you choose this option, your funds will be converted into USD by PokerStars, instead of by NETeller. PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to covert players' funds from local currency to USD. PokerStars does not charge any fees when converting funds into USD!

Currently the purchase limits are:

VERY IMPORTANT: You must have both your Account ID and Secure ID to complete every transaction. These numbers are generated by NETeller, so make sure you store them in a safe place where you can refer to them every time you make a deposit request.

What about my cashouts?

When you request a cashout, any amounts that you have previously deposited using NETeller will automatically be credited back to your NETeller account. Credits will be processed in the order that you made your deposit requests, from the oldest deposit to the most recent.

If your cashout is applied back to a previous NETeller deposit that was made in any other currency than USD, your cashout will be converted into your NETeller account currency by PokerStars, before being sent to NETeller. PokerStars does not charge a conversion fee!

You may use NETeller to cash out any amounts above the deposits that you have made with any other deposit method.

If you have made a purchase using NETeller before you make your first cashout, we will automatically send your cashout to your NETeller account using your account number. You can now cashout to NETeller without having made a deposit, your funds will be sent to your NETeller account  ID.

If your most recent deposit using NETeller was in a currency other than USD and you cash out an amount that is above all deposits you've made with any other deposit method, your cashout will be converted by PokerStars into the currency of your NETeller account before being sent to NETeller.  If you haven't used NETeller to make a successful deposit at PokerStars before you cash out, your funds will be sent to NETeller in USD.

PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to covert players' funds from USD to local currency.

How can I make a deposit into my PokerStars non-USD playing account?

PokerStars is now offering the ability for players to play tournaments and ring games in Euros, and to hold bankrolls in multiple currencies. PokerStars will not charge any fees for depositing into or cashing out of the new currency.

Currency conversions between bankrolls are carried out using the prevailing mid-market rate provided by Reuters, and are subject to a small fee.

What will it cost me to use NETeller at PokerStars?

There are no fees for using NETeller at PokerStars. Players are responsible for any fees charged by NETeller (see NETeller deposits and withdrawals pages).

Can I use NETeller in my currency?

NETeller is available in USD, GBP and EUR, as well as the local currencies of Australia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, India, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Romania and Sweden
