The Gaming Radar For 2024

February 21, 2024

2024 is set to be an exciting year of new releases for the gaming community. From new additions to the Star Wars family to a second attempt at mobile gaming for the Call Of Duty franchise, this year will provide you with plenty of online entertainment on both your console and mobile phone.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile

Mobile gaming is on the rise, with gamers all over the globe opting for a more portable version of their favourite pastime. With casinos and other establishments all opting for the more virtual route of slot machines, roulette tables and other live dealer games, there are plenty of options out there for you to entertain yourself whilst on your phone.

One such mobile game that everyone has an eye on is Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. This mobile spin-off of the original Call of Duty: Warzone aims to deliver the same entertainment value just from your mobile phone.

It has proven quite difficult in the past for these highly established console games to convert to the mobile phone world, but it appears that this game might just break the mould. Warzone Mobile is said to deliver an immersive experience that feels just like a PC or console game. It will remain just as fast-paced and contain the same maps and scales that many are familiar with and love.

We can’t wait to see how this game adapts to the smaller screen.

Star Wars Outlaws

It’s the game all fans have been waiting and begging for. The collaboration between Massive Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games is set to be an epic blockbuster release.

Star Wars Outlaws will follow the story of Kay Vess and her trusty companion Nix as they navigate a new story in the Star Wars enterprise. The planets will all be familiar, with a few new ones added to the map and the open-world gameplay that has fans drooling already.

The timeline of the game seems to fit between The Empire Strikes Back and The Return of the Jedi, allowing fans to take a closer look at the history of the well-established franchise.

The game will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.

Little Nightmares III

It’s been six years since we first laid eyes on Little Nightmares, and it’s been six years of anticipation for what they might do to add to their collection. In 2021, Little Nightmares ll was unveiled to every gamer’s delight, and now it is time for a third instalment.

The intricate puzzles and riddles of this game are truly spectacular, and we expect the third game won’t be much different. Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco have announced the plot and gameplay for the latest edition, and it looks really good.

Following the story of two young people trapped in what is known as The Spiral, it is your job to help them navigate the scary dark depths and fend off whatever lurks in the dark looking for you. Enjoy this game, both solo and co-op, for a scary treat.

Conclusion

2024 is a year to be a gamer. With all the new releases, you’ll be stuck trying to decide on which game to play next. Needless to say, none of the games available will disappoint as they all try to compete by using the latest and greatest technology and modifications.
